"Pretty decent visit overall"
It was clean enough and the visit was okay overall. A few areas did look a little run down, though it wasn’t a huge deal and didn’t ruin the experience.

"Decent visit, but I left with mixed feelings"
Overall, the visit was okay. Most of the animals looked like they were being cared for, which was good to see, but a few of the habitats felt kind of small and like they could use more shade or some updating. I also felt a bit passed around when trying to ask a couple questions, which made the experience feel less smooth than it could’ve been

Everyone we talked to was really friendly. It was easy to ask questions. No one rushed us, which I really appreciated.
One staff member even helped us figure out where to go next. They gave us a few good tips too. Overall, it was a really nice visit.

"Nice variety, but some animals stayed hidden"
There was a good variety of animals to see, but a lot of them were hiding when I went. I kind of assumed it was just the usual pattern of animals resting or staying in the shade at certain times, so it wasn’t a huge surprise. Still a nice visit overall, just not always easy to spot everything

"Fair price for a fun day out"
We had a really nice time overall, and the ticket prices felt fair for what was included. The kids had a blast and were already asking when we could go back. My only real complaint is that the food was a little pricey, but I guess that’s kind of expected. Weirdly, I still remember there was a pigeon hanging around one of the snack tables like it owned the place, which the kids thought was hilarious

"Wish We’d Planned More Time Here"
We took the tram ride first and then drove around on our own afterward, i kind of regret not setting aside more time for it. The animals were really easy to spot, the staff was friendly, and the kids had a blast the whole afternoon. It ended up being such a fun and relaxed visit. We’d definitely go again.

I had a smooth time using shalomwildlife.com. The site loaded well on my phone, so I didn’t get frustrated waiting around. The menu was simple, which made it easy to find the hours and visit info without having to click all over the place.

"Went with my wife and kids..."
Went with my wife and kids, and we all had a good time. I was thinking it might be a bit hectic with the little ones, but actually no, it was easy to walk around and felt safe the whole time. The staff were friendly with the kids, and they would not stop talking about the animals after we left. Just a really nice day out for the family.
